Full payment is required immediately to confirm registration. Upon processing your payment, an AFCI receipt will be issued for your records. If you encounter unforeseen circumstances and need to cancel, a refund or credit note will be available, minus a 15% administrative fee, until July 30th. Please note, due to contractual obligations with the hotel for food and beverage services, cancellations on or after July 31st, 2024, will result in a maximum refund or credit of $350. In cases of illness or unexpected personal matters, registrants are permitted to transfer their tickets within their organization or company. Additionally, if the Los Angeles County Health Department mandates closures that prevent AFCI Week from taking place, attendees will be offered a credit option.
By purchasing a ticket to AFCI Week 2024, you grant the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) and its authorized representatives permission to photograph and video record your presence at the event. You further agree that all material captured may be used in any form as part of any future media, such as promotional material and/or content productions, without compensation to you. You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering the event premises.
